Filecoin is a decentralized storage network that transforms cloud storage into an algorithmic market .
Miners obtain Filecoin (FIL) by providing data storage and retrieval. On the contrary, customers pay for the miners to provide storage, distribution and retrieval of data.
At present, the problem of centralization exposure is getting bigger, IPFS projects are gradually increasing, and the demand for the data storage market is also gradually increasing. This means that Filecoin, as an incentive layer, has become a market, and it is an urgent need to escort IPFS.

Project progress :
The testnet is still in the stage of testnet/2, and it is almost over. It is expected that Testnet/3 will gradually stabilize in the near future and will soon replace Testnet/2.
At present, the biggest news is the official intercommunication between go-filecoin and lotus, and the big miner test is about to start.

[Progress of testnet last week]
1) InteropNet officially realized the interoperability between go-filecoin and lotus last Monday, which can run on the same network at the same time
2) Testnet/2 continues to run stably for 8 weeks, and will continue to run until InteropNet stabilizes
