Aras setting hierarchy (Categories)

Through the establishment of the directory and the control of access rights, it is possible to control a certain category/user to see/not see a certain directory after logging in

Hierarchical directory creation

First, click Lists of the management tool. After searching, find Categories and

double-click to enter the menu. After

unlocking, you can add a hierarchical directory

. The label name on the left and the directory structure on the right. If it is a hierarchical directory, use "/" to divide Floor. For example, the two-tier directory structure of Administration/File Handling is displayed in the main interface as follows:

The items in the lowest directory are "Item", which are configured through the toolbar of Administration-Item Types, and are bound to a specific directory through the label name of the directory.

Precautions

1. After a new directory is created, it will not be displayed. This new directory will only be displayed when a certain Item is configured in this new directory;
2. For a specific Item, you can configure whether a certain type/user can see it. So that a specific user can only see the allowed item and the directory structure where the item is located after logging in.
