Aras set roles/identities (Identities)
In the Aras system, specific roles can be set, and roles can be selected in the various authority control parts in the future.
Set entrance
Click Administration-Identities
to click the "+" sign to add role identities
Set properties
Name is a necessary attribute. If the alias of User is entered in Name, click the Is Alias radio box on the right, and then select this Identity when the member chooses, in fact, the User is selected. Description is an optional field input, Users Passwords is also an optional field, the meaning of this field is as follows:
Maximum Password Age is the maximum number of days that the user can use the same password. After this number of days, the system will remind the user to change the password when logging in.
In Password History Length, the system will remember the number of times the password has been used by the user. When the user changes the password, it cannot be the same as the used password remembered by the system.
If Name is an alias of User, then this Identity can only correspond to one User, not to a group of Users, that is, when you click to add group members, an error reminder will pop up as follows:
In editable state and not in User Alias mode, You can click the "+" button to map this Identity to a group of User members.
Select the required User and confirm. You can set the validity period of a User in this Identity. Such as: In
