Aras Setting Management Item (Item)@ Part 6
Set the options in the upper part of the management item configuration area for customized management. Correspond to the following parts:
Search
Search controls the search of the management item Item in the ToC (content bar).
- When the Auto Search
radio box is selected, when the content bar is opened, it will automatically search and display, instead of clicking the search button separately. A comparison example is as follows:
Default Page Size
Default Page Size sets the number of instance records per page generated by automatic search/manual search when the user clicks the management item Item in the ToC (table of contents) . Real-time adjustments can also be made in the operation interface:

Max Records
Max Records sets the maximum number of instance records on a page for automatic search/manual search when the user clicks on the management item Item in the ToC (table of contents) . If Max Records is set, but Default Page Size is not set, the number of records per page is the number of Max Records. If the setting value of Default Page Size is greater than the value of Max Records, the number of records per page is the value of Max Records. If neither Default Page Size nor Max Records is set, the number of records per page is the default value of 25.
You can also manually modify the Max Results value in real time, and then click Search to realize real-time search control adjustment
