Aras Setting Management Item (Item)@ Part 1

Through the management items established in a certain directory, specific information classification management is realized, and the access to the management items can be set to the role permissions.

Management item establishment

First, click the ItemTypes of the management tool, and then click the "+" operation button.

Then set the name of the management item and click the Versionable radio button.

After clicking Save, some default attributes are automatically generated.

Set the TOC area, the directory that this item appears in and the accessible persons:


you can set multiple visitors to the item:

set the Permissions area (accessor permissions)

to set multiple Permissions groups, and select one of them to take effect (Is Default).

Save and exit,

then you can see the Item appears in the set directory.
