前几次安装报错后的心情如该博主Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==0.4.1

然后，到pytorh官网选择对应版本，反复重复多次可能大概要尝试十几二十次然后才能安装成功

pip install torch==1.4.0+cpu torchvision==0.5.0+cpu -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
