一. Dropout概念

《Dropout: A simple way to prevent neural networks from overfitting》
Dropout:随机失活
随机: dropout probability
失活: weight = 0

数据尺度变化:测试时,所有权重乘以1-drop prob
drop prob= 0.3,1-drop. prob = 0.7

功能: Dropout层

  • p :被舍弃概率,失活概率
    实现细节:
    训练时权重均乘以 1 / ( 1 p ) 1/(1-p) ,即除以 1 p 1-p

其实就是训练模式和评估模式的设置。

二.Dropout注意事项

实现细节:

dropout是在训练模式下对权值进行缩放。评估模式下是正常的。
发现ouput并不是5000左右。原因:这和上述实现细节有关,dropout使权重乘以 1/(1 - 0.5)= 2,然后剩下的相加,其实是调整权重的尺度,也就是在训练的时候不需要对权重进行缩放了。
同时你也发现这些output偶数,这是因为上面所述,是筛选过后的权重乘以2,则必定是偶数
