解决 Github、Arxiv 网站下载速度慢

一、Github：

方法1 ：修改hosts的ip，

mac下刷新DNS参考：https://baijiahao.baidu.com/s?id=1616353495084098905&wfr=spider&for=pc

实测速度从几K升到十几K，基本无效

方法2 ：使用码云复制项目

实测有效

二、Arxiv:

强烈推荐使用中科院arxiv的镜像地址：http://xxx.itp.ac.cn

具体使用方法：
把要访问 arxiv 链接中的域名从 https://arxiv.org 换成 http://xxx.itp.ac.cn ,

比如:
https://arxiv.org/pdf/1608.00367

换成：
http://xxx.itp.ac.cn/pdf/1608.00367.pdf

实测有效
