update 默认值 更新总是当前时间

执行了一个普通的sql：

update discount_info  set discount_show_name="ss" where tenant_id=15203 and discount_id =155002

发现每次 discount_start_time_new 和discount_end_time_new总是为当前时间，傻眼了；后来发现这里有问题：

设置了，当更新的时候，默认当前时间了：
