基于Golang实现判断harbor仓库的镜像ID是否存在

软件介绍
说明：
用于去检测harbor仓库对应的镜像ID是否存在，多用于在jenkins pipeline执行的时候调用

命令：
./harbor -username “admin” -password “Harbor12345” -image “alertmanager” -repo “infra” -tag “v0.19.0” -url “http://harbor.od.com”

问题：
在工具功能测试的时候只测了harbor基于http方式，如果有朋友https测试失败的，可以联系作者
