一、pycharm 从git拉取代码

二、执行manage.py

1、pycharm路径

2、创建项目

startapp +项目名称 
例如:startapp sksystem

3、为新创建的项目新增urls.py
earth/urls.py 增加路径

或者这样修改,将不用的example去除

4、settings.py 增加新增的项目
