新建maven项目报错？需要修改这些地方

在 pom.xml 中添加

		<finalName>xxxxxxx</finalName>
		<plugins>
			<plugin>
				<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
				<artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
				<configuration>
					<source>1.8</source>
					<target>1.8</target>
				</configuration>
			</plugin>
		</plugins>
	</build>

修改 web.xml 改为3.1版本的头信息

至此，报错信息消失
