Question：
在使用Jupyter notebook的过程中，点击conda标签页的tag，报错的问题，
Jupyter Notebook: An error occurred while listing Conda environments.
Solution：
命令行启动jupyter notebook所在conda环境，
输入：
jupyter serverextension disable nb_conda
jupyter serverextension enable nb_conda
关闭Jupyter notebook，再重启，即可！
这实际上，相当于对.jupyter文件的重写! 以修正在安装或操作过程中，产生的错误！
