conda 安装各种包失败报错：failedCondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED An HTTP error occurred when

1.在Anaconda Prompt安装所需要的的包时，出现这种错误：

我们会发现，我们也使用了清华的镜像了，还是失败，重复失败。怎么办？

conda install absl-py

2. 向上面的重复失败的问题，来一个终极的解决方案，直接给方法：

2.1首先我们在C盘搜索自己的.condarc文件，如图：

2.2 打开此文件，修改成下面的内容：

ssl_verify: true
show_channel_urls: true

channels:
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/win-64/
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/win-64/

最后重新返回 Anaconda Prompt进行下载，会发现下载很快！！
