windows 多开 apapche
因为在自己的 win10 机器上安装了 svn-server （自带 apache，默认 80 端口）的缘故，在配置 apache+php 环境时需要多开 apache。
坑 1
打开 cmd 权限不够，需要使用 C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe 右键管理员运行打开 cmd
坑 2
端口被占用，
conf\httpd.conf 中 Listen 80 ==> Listen 8080
conf\extra\httpd-ahssl.conf 中 443 ==> 442
conf\extra\httpd-ssl.conf 中 443 ==> 442
坑 3
httpd -k install 失败后务必 httpd -k uninstall 卸载服务
