如何将KVM虚拟机迁移到VMware平台？

前段时间有个项目涉及到KVM虚拟机迁移到VMware平台，今天就在此分享一下思路，具体操作命令就不再赘述了。

**1、首先应该想到P2V工具，**VMware的VMware vCenterConverter

查看产品使用手册，确认是否满足要求以及使用要求，之后单独写文介绍，这里不做描述。

2、通过转换数据格式的方式

转换过程逻辑为KVM虚拟机的数据盘使用qcow2格式。

第一步：在KVM平台使用qemu-img将虚拟机转换外vmdk格式；
第二步：将数据盘上传到ESXi的存储里；
第三步：使用vmkfstools命令对虚机进行格式转换。

-Copy these files to the VMWare datastore folder previously created
-Clone theses disks to vmdk format with vmkfstools
-Change ddb.adapterType from IDE to lsilogic
