(2020.1.13已解决)ImportError: cannot import name 'StringIO'

  原因是由于pandas版本（0.25.0）更新中移除了pandas.compat。¹

• 解决方案

  本例中出现这个问题是因为tushare调用使用pandas导致，更新tushare就好了。

  pip install tushare --upgrade
