在学习flask时遇到The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again这个错误 ，由于我们的网址是http://127.0.0.1:5000/
很自然的想到是不是端口出现了问题，打开终端输入
出现了端口被占用的信息：
查看是被什么程序占用的：输入
通过pid号，寻找程序，
是python.exe占用了端口，于是我们结束进程：输入 taskkill /f /t/im python.exe 
此时我们在运行程序就可以了
