intellj idea 中文乱码的解决方案

特别是配置tomcat时，要加入，否则控制台输出会乱码
vmoption:

-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

实在不行，就在环境变量里面加入　

export JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
