在Solaris下安装中文语言包
Solaris是一个强大的操作系统,其内部集成了对全世界各种重要语言的支持,包括英语,欧洲各国语言,阿拉伯语言,中文,日文,韩文..等的支持.在缺省安装模式下,通常安装的对英语的支持.但是在实际应用时,用户应用往往需要对其他语言的支持.譬如CDE或者GNOME桌面应用,数据库应用,JAVA应用等.为了便于用户对Solaris操作系统中的语言包进行便捷的管理,Solaris提供专门的本地化语言管理工具-localeadm.
一. 建立配置文件;
1. 插入语言包光盘或者DVD,或者确认你可以访问网络安装媒介;
2. 运行:# localeadm -C
3. 系统将会提示要建立配置文件,按照提示输入媒介目录,譬如 /media/cdrom或者/net/bounty/export/nv/x/95
二. 列示当前系统已经安装的语言支持;

三. 安装中文语言支持;
-bash-3.2# localeadm -a china(zh_CN) -d /net/bounty/export/nv/x/95 //这是你的安装包位置(包括DVD、网络等等)
四. 重新启动计算机;在dtlogin的登录界面的语言栏会多出你所安装的语言选择.
五. 其他命令选项:
1. 删除语言支持; localeadm -r china
2. 查询某个特定语言是否已经安装; localeadm -q china
3. 制定操作时的目录: -d [directory]
4. 测试操作,可以在正式安装或者删除前,测试你的安装或者删除操作是否会成功; -t
