解決方式：进入C：\users\使用者名称.gradle 目录的gradle.properise，删除以下信息
systemProp.https.proxyPort=80
systemProp.http.proxyHost=android-mirror.bugly.qq.com
systemProp.https.proxyHost=android-mirror.bugly.qq.com
systemProp.http.proxyPort=80
自己设置过代码 然后干掉后 Android Studio并没有真正的干掉
