错误Config error at <Call name="addConnector"><Arg>。
原因是因为配置jetty多选择了一些用不到的xml配置，只需要在jetty主目录的文件start.ini上删除掉多余的XMl配置只保留原始的xml和
etc/jetty-jmx.xml。
最终配置如下：
