1、insuffcient privileges
       用户名输入错误，修改用户名
        
2、invalid username/password login denied
        用户名密码输入错误，登录被拒绝
        就是密码错误
        
3、connection as sys should be sysdba or sysoper
        sys用户必须作为管理员登录 
        没有将角色设置为SYSDBA
    
 4、The network Adapter could not establish the connection
        ip地址错误
        端口错误
        
        如果是通过其他机器连接产生此错误，还可能是因为端口没有打开。
        
 5、Listener refused the connection with the following ERROR：
    Listener：tnslistener doesnot currently know the sid XXX
        sid输入错误
        
        如果发现sid没有写错，有可能是监听本身配置错误，需要重新配置监听。
