Python算法库的安装顺序为：numpy-->scipy-->matplotlib-->scikit-learn

上述每个库安装成功后，都会提示   Successfully installed ***库名     （例如  Successfully installed numpy-1.16.2）

安装命令： 例如：pip install matplotlib
