Maven 无法下载jar

查看maven本地配置文件 setting.xml文件是否采用了代理的方式。

例如下面的

      <proxy>
             <id>optional</id>
             <active>true</active>
             <protocol>http</protocol>
             <username></username>
             <password></password>
             <host>172.16.1.35</host>
             <port>80</port>
             <nonProxyHosts>localhost|127.0.0.1</nonProxyHosts>
         </proxy>

如果采用了代理的方式，删除试试看。

你可能开启过能“反强”软件等类似的代理软件导致的。
