vue---npm install报错踩坑总结

报错信息1：

'webpack-dev-server' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件。

解决方法：

npm install webpack-dev-server -g

报错信息2：

npm ERR! cb() never called!

删除node_modules文件夹和 package-lock.json 文件，重新【npm install】
