You can disable statistics in the preference menu,or obtanin select
priviliges on the v$session,v$sesstat and v$statname tables
在这里的这个提示是指在别人的机器上用PLsql同样的用户登录没有问题，是属于PL/Sql 的设置，当然归根的问题还是权限问题！
你开了PLSQL Developer 的统计功能了， 在 Tools->Preferences->Options里 把Automatic Statistics前的那个勾子去掉，保存就可以了
根本原因是该用户对字典表没有权限，可以按上述改变PL/SQL设置，或者grant select any DICTIONARY to username
