base64转图片出现的问题及解决方案

代码：

问题描述：代码执行的过程中，程序不报错，但是转成的图片大小是0K，打不开。

问题原因：base64字符串的开头是 "data:image/jpeg;base64,"  ，不属于图片内容的字符串，因该去掉。

解决方案：将上述原因中的代码去掉即可。

String r3 = r.substring(r.indexOf(",")+1);//去掉base64字符串的开头部分
