1、新建一个Java Web项目

2、导入jar包

3、在WEB-INF下面建一个hello.jsp页面：

spring-mvc.xml

InternalResourceViewResolver：视图解析器。根据URL地址找到文件资源；

prefix：前缀；

suffix：后缀。

6、配置控制器

import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;

控制器

@RequestMapping注解作用是URL映射。
