1.刷入TWRP
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.0.2-0-hammerhead.img
-
adb进入fastboot
adb reboot bootloader -
刷完TWRP 后进入TWRP
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
adb安装TWRP
