解决idea下maven项目创建缓慢,下载速度过慢

可以使用国内阿里公司的镜像源进行包的下载，配置方法如下：

下载maven、配置环境变量、设置Repository。
这时你创建maven项目时settings.xml默认是用/User/.m2/settings.xml。 打开maven/conf/settings.xml， 找到mirrors。
替换如下配置
