Faster Rcnn复现(一)使用 vgg16 的特征提取,并加载预训练参数

1.实现概括

      vgg16 是很经典的提取图像特征的普适性网络,网络的结构大家都极为熟悉,因此仅提供一个流程图在这里:

      要注意的是,在 faster rcnn 网络中,我们不需要后面的全连接层,需要的是前面那部分,即为2conv+1pooling+2conv+1pooling+3conv+1pooling+3conv+1pooling+3conv。即我们最后得到的应为经过16倍降采样后的特征谱。

      即若输入图像为 M*N,输出应为 M/16 * N/16

      与此同时,由于 vgg16 已经是非常成熟的网络,我们不需要进一步的训练其中的参数,而是可以选择使用现有的参数进行特征层的提取,即加载预训练参数。

2.预训练参数的加载

      我们使用已经包含预训练参数的文件来加载预训练参数,我们可以从这里来下载所需要的文件。

      下载之后,我们首先要建立一个 vgg16 的网络结构,上文的地址中所展示出的是 vgg16 的全网络,我修改之后则得到 vgg16 的截断输出(到最后一层卷积层)

      要注意的是,在.npz文件中含有着所有层的参数,但我们只需要将开始直到最后一层卷积的参数加载就可以了
