Velocity的Eclipse插件安装

前段时间不能访问googlecode，结果，一直安装不了 veloclipse。

找到 https://github.com/vaulttec/veloedit

终于可以使用的veloedit。

Installation

. Define a site bookmark in Eclipse's Update Manager view (Screenshot), navigate to the update site via this bookmark (Screenshot) and install the Velocity UI feature.
