Java中用于发送http请求的工具类HttpRequestUtil

项目环境：

jdk1.8+spring4.3.12

如果jdk的版本比较低或者spring的版本比较低的话，或许有些包引用不到。

在项目开发中，经常用调用http接口，下面是封装apache的httpclient工具类。
