之前在appstore connect中上线的App，需要删除。参考了这里：

基本上：
1. 上线过的app，先developer remove，然后在app info中delete掉。
2. 那种没有上线过的，未提交审核的，好像删除不了。（20180920，如果有人知道怎么删，可以ping我）
