SpringCloud 使用gitee作为配置中心

配置中心 主要是动态拉取配置, 在其他的 提供者或者消费者在服务器启动前,动态拉取gitee的配置。

建议使用分支区分 开发,测试,验收,等等。 

default-label: dev 默认为master 从源码中可以看出。
