mysql报时区错误

The server time zone value ‘Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

可以在cmd登录mysql后

set global time_zone='+8:00';

或在配置文件中添加serverTimezone=UTC

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/sms?serverTimezone=UTC

（如需添加多个条件，需在不同条件中间加&）
