pyltp安装过程中遇到的缺少cl.exe问题的解决

  python3.6安装哈工大PYLTP包时遇到的问题:

error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\\VC\\BIN\\x86_amd64\\cl.exe' failed with exit status 2
