1、下载12.0真机文件包，https://download.csdn.net/download/a787188834/10823454，
2、打开Xcode显示包内容，然后一步步找到DeviceSupport文件夹（Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport），将真机包拷贝进去
3、重启Xcode，然后就可以真机调试了
