org.hibernate.QueryException: Legacy-style query parameters (?) are no longer supported; use JPA-style ordinal parameters (e.g., ?1) instead : from hncj.edu.crm.staff.daomain.CrmStaff where loginName=? and loginPwd = ? [from hncj.edu.crm.staff.daomain.CrmStaff where loginName=? and loginPwd = ?]

当遇到这种情况是可能是因为使用的占位符已过时，（主要出现在高版本中，如图此版本为5.3.6））

当修改占位符后问题解决。
