springboot对velocity的支持

最近在使用springboot中，用velocity作为视图模板的时候，一直出现问题，无法返回页面。
通过查询资料得知，springboot默认是不支持velocity的，需要添加而外配置。
并且在高版本的springboot中是不支持velocity了。最高只到1.4.x版本支持，1.5以及以后的版本，都不支持velocity了。

推荐使用：spring4.3之后，推荐FreeMarker作为视图。
