How to give direction

When a manager gives a directions. The directions should be very clear. This way, team memeber know exactly what they need to do ,and there can be no confusion .Telling team members why something needs to be done should always be part of giving directions,This way, team members have more of a reason to folllow the directions.than just because they have been told do.

How to give directions

Should a manager tell their team mambers to do things,or should they ask?Asking someone to do something nicely usually works much better.Team members should feel free to ask any question about the directions, and to ask for help if they need it.If someone needs help to follow directions, the manager needs to know immediately.

Traning

When a manager has a team memeber who cant do something.they usually get someone else to do it or do it themselves. If there are another team who can do something, they could teach a peson who cant,to learn to do something.the person needs detailed directions, and the chance to practice following them with someone who knows what are   they doing.

How not to give directions

  • Telling people what to do ,instead of  asking
  • Using an aggresive tone of voice
  • not making the directions clear
