想获取哪个城市的天气，就搜索城市进行切换
这里以青岛为例
可以看到此时url为：
http://www.weather.com.cn/weather1d/101120201.shtml
城市不同所以url不同，要改为自己想获取的城市的url
实现
打开IDLE，新建文件weatherBot.py

job()代码中获取数据的格式，按F12，找到我们要爬取的数据。
保存并按F5运行，此时会生成并弹出扫描登录网页版微信的图片，拿手机扫描后登陆即可。
网页版微信不能与电脑端微信同时登录，但是可以与手机同时登录。
将代码部署在服务器上，设置时间为一天的秒数，便能实现自动发送天气预报信息。
