一 文献同步

1 空间有限，不同步pdf文件All Documents->Edit Settings->取消Synchronize attached files。

2 设置文件存储路径 Options->File Organizer->Organize my files

3 设置bibtex文件存储位置和格式 Enable BibTex syncing 选上create one Bibtex file for my whole library选上

二 文献导入

1电脑上的pdf文件直接拖放到mendeley

2从网页端导入：用Chrome插件，但是Chrome商城打不开。可以从Tool->install web importer，此时弹出一个网页，把Save to Mendeley拖到浏览器标签栏。当搜索到文献时，可以点击标签”save to mendeley”，此时网站会出现mendeley弹窗。

3 mendeley本身也提供Literature Search功能，输入关键字，右侧可以Save Reference保存到Mendeley。

4从已有的数据库（如Endnote/Zotero/Mendeley）导入。

5 对某个文件夹实时监控“watch folder”。Tools->Options->Watched Folder

三 注意事项

1 在mendeley中做的注释不存储在pdf中，而是存储在mendeley账户中。如果需要注释的pdf，可以file->export with annotations

2 编辑器中引用文献，copy as->formatted citation，或者直接拖放。
