The versions of the Android Gradle plugin and Gradle are not compatible.原因是：Android的Gealle插件和Gradle的版本是不兼容的。
需要修改工程里的bulid.grade的 classpath；
修改gradle-wrapper.properties
看他们版本是不是一致的
