数据库在开启的时候报错。
查看后台日志，归档日志无法正常归档

将数据库启动到mount状态查看归档路径以及归档路径权限

目录权限正确，但是无法进行归档，这是怎么回事呢？后来经过判断，进入该目录创建文件，文件是root:root权限，可以知道当时授权的时候使用的是下面语句
chown oracle:oinstall /arch
对目录重新进行授权
chown -R oracle:oinstall /arch
重新打开数据库，正常打开
