先来翻译一下上面这段看着一脸懵逼的英文，
运行应用程序出错：
这个版本的Android Studio是Gradle 插件使用的不兼容。尝试禁用即时运行（或更新任何IDE或最新版本摇篮插件）

今天导入APP后发现这个问题，看他提示是让关闭Instant Run ,我模糊的印象中貌似有这个东东，找到设置搜索一下，OK，有结果，如图：

把这三个对勾试取消了试试效果，重新编译下，没有问题，直接成功运行。
