思路一:通过Random.next获取随机下标

            while (k < arr.Length)

                    arr[temp] = 0;
                }
            }
            for (int i = 0; i < arr.Length;i++)
            {
                Console.WriteLine(newarr[i]);
            }
            return newarr;
        }

思路二:通过源数组进行操作

        {

            int k = arr.Length;
