查看nginx错误日志报

[crit] 9704#0: *1 connect() to unix:/var/run/php70-fpm.sock failed (13: Permission denied) while connecting to upstream

编辑文件/etc/opt/remi/php70/php-fpm.d/www.conf

添加

listen.owner = nginx
listen.group = nginx

重启php-fpm

systemctl restart php70-php-fpm

解决。
