The remote system refused the connection.

1. 安装openssh-server

yum install openssh-server
yum install openssh-clients

2. 启动ssh服务

service sshd start

通过grep -e | grep ssh查看ssh服务是否已经启动。
启动后设置ssh未开机自启：

chkconfig sshd on

3. 查看22号端口是否被占用

netstat -napl | grep 22
